Machine History;
This Machine was built in Germany and Shipped to the INGERSOLL MACHINE TOOL Manufacturing Plant in Rockford, IL around 1999. Ingersoll used this machine to bore spindle housings until 2004 when Metalex purchased the machine at an auction of their surplus equipment. This machine was designed to hold Jig Bore like tolerance in an open air environment. This machine has been meticulously well maintained by both owners.
