IAC automatic uncaser, all stainless steel construction, currently handles cases up to 19" tall by 14" wide, cases loaded with full jars enter in un-caser and are timed onto a cleat chain via automatic stop shoes. First two flaps are held up by vacuum chute and rolled open. Rear flap is opened via hanging tail hook, front flap is then opened with chain driven hook. Open case proceeds under quick change jar removal module. Jar lifters are set for wide mouth jars on 7" centerlines, and continuously remove jars from the open case and deposit them onto customer's take-away conveyor. Empty cases are then discharge on 40" by 60" motorized roller bed. Unit is 28 1/2 feet long and has dual Stainless Steel electrical control and indication panels. Panels measure 78" tall by 81" wide by 18" deep. Centralized lubrication system.
