Description
on scales are capable of running up to 110 fills per minute. Upper inlet hopper ring is 20 inches in diameter. Unit is wash-down construction, and all product contact is Stainless Steel. Product enters thru the top hopper ring and is then distributed to 28 vibratory feeders located around the periphery. These feed the individual weight cell hoppers, and when the weigh is correct, they will dump into lower holding hoppers. These hoppers will cycle and dump into the gathering chutes and then into the final split feed cone. Product is then dropped into the 24 pocket rotary filler's gathering chutes. Discharge chutes into the containers are moved up and down via a cam to help in the settling of product. Filler runs CCW and has an infeed and discharge star to work inline with customers straight line conveyor. Unit has all the control panels with the exception of the operator panels. Unit requires final splitting cone.
