Sale Terms and Important Information

Credit / Debit Card Deposits: This auction may require a credit or debit card deposit for some bidders. Your credit / debit card added through the Bidspotter.com fully secure and PCI compliant registration process will be charged a $100.00 deposit in order to be approved to bid within the auction. Some bidders will not be approved without your credit card entered at the stage of registration being charged a deposit of $100.00.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they contain important information about this timed online auction itself and your rights and responsibilities as a bidder.

This is a timed online auction only.

In order to leave a bid you must register (if not having done so previously) and obtain a bidder number.

In addition you will first have to certify that you have read, understood and agreed to theses Terms and Conditions. Such certification will function as your legal and binding electronic signature.

All Tanning Beds are offered as-is-where-is with all faults. The auction company makes no guarantee or warranty express or implied as to the quality, condition, performance, description, hours, or nomenclature of any item being sold, so buyer beware. All sales are final-there is no recourse through the auction company subsequent to sale.

You acknowledge that the Auctioneer is providing you with an opportunity to inspect the items being offered for sale in this auction. The Auctioneer strongly encourages you to contact the auctioneer by phone (201-871-1600) or by email (info @ caspert.com) to arrange for a specific appointment. If you choose not to inspect or are in doubt about the condition, completeness, or suitability of a given item, again we encourage you to contact our office prior to bidding and bid accordingly.

Please note that at all times you are bidding on items as they are described on this website, not as they appear in the photographs.

If your bid is determined to be a winning bid, you become obligated to pay for the item you have won at the price you gave as your bid. There is an eighteen percent (18%) buyer’s premium in effect for all items offered at this auction.

Acceptable payment terms are cash or cashier's check only. No credit cards or personal checks will be accepted.

You are responsible for checking your email following the conclusion of the auction to determine what items you have won and for printing and bringing the invoice to removal with you.

If your bid is successful and you are not picking up yourself and will be sending someone on your behalf, that person must bring the invoice.

This timed online auction will close on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 @ 10:00 am. All items must be paid for & removed by the successful bidder at their own cost and expense on Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. After that time the auction company will no longer be responsible.

The auction company does not ship nor do we hold items beyond the the published removal times. The buyer is welcome to make their own shipping arrangements but the auction company will not pack, crate or load purchases so make sure your shipper will handle all of this for you and all items must be removed from the premise no later than 3:00 pm on Thursday, August 10, 2017 - No Exceptions!

The auction company reserves the right to resell any and all unclaimed items and the defaulting bidder will bear the responsibility of any shortfall and all costs and expenses associated with the default as well as all auctioneer’s fees and commissions.

The auctioneer is the final judge in case of a dispute and has the ability to reject any and all unreasonable bids or alter bidding increments at any time.

All bidders must be at least 21 years of age.

This catalog is meant merely as a guide. The auction company does not warrant the accuracy, genuineness, or authenticity of any of the items specified herein and, in addition, reserves the right to add, alter, or remove any item(s) to or from the auction at anytime.
