All items are sold "As Is-Where Is" with no guarantees, warranties, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Catalogues are prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated for any reason or by defect or inaccuracy of description in the catalogue or otherwise.

A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid.

The auctioneer reserves the right to not accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.

All successful bidders have entered into a contract and are obliged to pay for all successfully awarded items in full within 24 hours upon receipt of winning notification email. Please see Payment, Buyers Premium, Tax and Shipping details for information before bidding. All goods purchased must be removed by the specified removal dates unless arranged with auction house.

There will be a $50.00 storage fee per day added to the successful bidder’s account for any items left beyond the specified removal time, unless other arrangements have been made with Canadian Recovery Auctions or shipping has been paid for and arranged.

Attendance at the auction, preview, or removal by bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Canadian Recovery Auction assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.

The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser.

All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.

Any lots not removed within the perscribed time shall be deemed as abandoned. The auctioneer shall have the right to resell or dispose of such items in whatever manner hes sees fit without notice to the purchaser.

If for any reason, Canadian Recovery Auctions is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Canadian Recovery Auctions shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Canadian Recovery Auctions will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for auction items.
