All purchases must be paid in full the day of the auction. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed ASAP unless prior arrangements have been made. If items are to be shipped, shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer. Shipping costs must agreed upon and paid for by purchaser before shipment of any item(s).
Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Visa or MasterCard, personal or company check (ONLY with approval - accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee). Payment must be paid in full and cleared before buyer can receive items.
AUCTION COMPANY makes every effort to accurately describe all items, but there is the possibility of error. AUCTION COMPANY, Jeff Bub Auctioneer is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of merchandise.
