Auction Catalog is a guide-only. Auction Company, Jeff Bub Auctioneer does reserve the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots.
Announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the auction.
For online bidders, a 12% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to all purchases.
All purchases must be paid in full the day of the auction. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed by 4:00 PM EST Wednesday September 14, 2016 unless prior arrangements have been made. If items are to be shipped, shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer. Shipping costs must agreed upon and paid for by purchaser before shipment of any item(s).
Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Visa or MasterCard, personal or company check (ONLY with approval - accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee). Payment must be paid in full and cleared before buyer can receive items.
