PAYMENT: All item must be paid in full within 24 hours after auction ending. B.I.C. Auctions accepts the following payment types: Cash, Cashiers Check or Certified Check, Money Wire, Credit Card (3% surcharge) and Company Check with a Bank Letter of Gurantee.
SALES TAX: PA Sales Tax: 6%
If you are tax exempt, please submit Sales Tax Exempt Form immediately to avoid payment delay. You can send in this form via fax 888-965-9947 or email bic@bicauctions.com. B.I.C. Auctions will not remove sales tax from your invoice unless we are presented with this information at each of our auctions.
REMOVAL: All items must be removed by April 4th unless prior arrangements have been made with BIC Auctions, Inc. Customers are responsible for loading and pick-up of all items.

Bidders participating in this sale agree to the terms and conditions stated.
To be approved to bid online in this auction, a $500 authorization will be placed on credit card provided. Authorizations generally expire within 1-10 business days. The card-issuing bank determines the number of days that an authorization may be held. After this deadline, the authorization is canceled, and the amount is returned to the available balance on the account.
B.I.C. Auctions, Inc. makes no warranty, expressed or implied.
All goods are sold “As-Is” and “Where-Is”.
B.I.C. makes every effort to accurately describe all items, but there is the possibility of error.
Please inspect all items before bidding. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of items for sale.
The record of sales kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final.
After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full.
Buyer’s Premium of 15% will be applied to onsite buyers.
Buyer's Premium of 15% plus 3% Online Surchrage will be applied to online buyers.
Sales tax of 6% will be applied to total purchase price, including buyer’s premium, unless exemption certificate is provided to B.I.C. Auctions, Inc.
All purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of sale-end by cash, credit card (Visa/MasterCard with 3% surcharge), wire transfer, cashier’s check, or personal/company check (ONLY IF accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee).
If payment is not made within 24 hours, the credit card provided for authorization will be billed up to $500 towards the outstanding balance for each day until full-payment has been received.
All Equipment must be removed by April 4, 2014.
