All sales are final. All lots are sold WHERE IS & AS IS. Belec Auctions & Associates, the seller, does not give or make any type of guarantee and/or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise.
All sales must be paid in full within the advertised/posted conditions.
All purchases must be removed not later than the date specified in the auction Catalogue and/or announced prior to the start of the sale. No lots will be removed during the sale. All removals are the responsibility, expense, risk and liability of the Buyer.
Belec Auctions & Associates will not be responsible for any/all errors and/or omissions presented within the publicity and descriptions of the lots sold. All descriptions are intented as a guide only.
All sales are subject to a 18% buyers premium as well as 5% GST federal sales tax and a 9.975% QST provincial sales tax.
All Buyers, or the Buyer’s riggers, must provide the Auctioneer, Owner and Landlord a certificate of insurance to the above parties prior to removal of any machinery and equipment.
