*Items not picked up by the 3rd day will be considered abandoned and forfeit without recourse, unless arrangements have been made with BCL Auction

Public Preview and Inspection: Wednesday, July 16th fron 11 AM to 2 PM
3 Day Item Removal Schedule
Day 1: Monday, July, 21st from 10AM-4PM
Day 2: Tuesday, July 22nd, from 9AM-4PM
Day 3: Wednesday, July 23rd from 9AM - 3PM
*Items not picked up by 3PM on Day3 will be considered abandoned without recourse or refund. Sorry, but we lose access to the site at 3PM. Please arrange your labor & transportation immeditely to meet this deadline!
*You must bring the tools and labor required to safely & cleanly remove your items from the building. You are responsible for cleaning up any debris that is created during the item removal process.
Requests must be received immediately following the close of the auction by emailing service@bclauction.com for a quote on our fee to provide one of these 2 services.
Please Note: *REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR PACKAGES NOT PICKED UP BY YOUR CARRIER WITHIN THE POSTED SCHEDULE.
Payment Terms:
*18% Buyer’s Premium in effect for Cash Buyers. Credit Card Buyers will incur an additional 3% Credit Card Processing fee. Wire Transfers incur a $25 processing Fee.
Sales tax will be collected. If your purchase qualifies for resale, you must email your Resale Number and a copy of your Resale Certificate to bill@bclauction.com.
Payment Due Immediately Following the Close of Auction!
Instructions to Request Payment by Certified Funds or Wire Transfer:
You credit card will be processed for your purchase immediately following the close of the auction unless you email service@bclauction.com that you are paying by Certified Funds or Wire.
If you'd like to pay by Wire Transfer, the fee is $25 and funds must be received by FRIDAY, July 18th at 12 PM
