Upon registration, the buyer agrees and accepts the
following terms and
conditions set forth by the auction company:
1. A)15% buyer?s premium is in effect for internet buyers
paying for purchases with cash, cashiers check, or certified
check. B)18% buyer's premium is in effect for internet
buyers paying for purchases with a credit card. C) 12%
buyer?s premium is in effect for onsite buyers paying with
cash, check, or certified check. D)15% buyer's premium is
in effect for onsite buyers paying for purchases with a
credit card.
2. Auctioneer and seller make no representations,
warranties, promises,
covenants or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to defects
in or the
completeness or accuracy of the description in any
advertising of any item(s)
being auctioned and is not responsible for any advertising
discrepancies or
inaccuracies of any kind.
3. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD ON AN AS IS, WHERE IS AND ON AN ALL
FAULTS BASIS
WITHOUT EXCEPTION AND WITH REMOVAL AT BUYERS SOLE RISK AND
EXPENSE.
4. The auctioneer and seller encourage the buyer to avail
itself of the
opportunity to make inspections prior to bidding and/or
purchasing. The
buyer hereby acknowledges that it has inspected or
voluntarily waived said
inspection of all of the items upon which it will be bidding
and/or does
purchase.
5. Online Bidders that do not wish to pay by credit card
must notify BCL Auction by email or phone 30 minutes after
the conclusion of the auction. Email Laura@bclauction.com or
call 314-429-4112. If we do not hear from you, your credit
card will be ran 30 minutes after the conclusion of the
auction. Alternate payment must be received by 10:00 a.m. on
the following morning. If you cannot make it by 10:00 a.m.
the morning after the auction, BCL requires a 25% deposit on
your credit card. If your credit card is not successful then
your items will be re-sold, and you will lose your bidding
privileges with BCL and the non-payment will be reported to
bidspotter.com. Please contact BCL immediately upon the
receipt of your invoice to notify us of your payment
arrangements, and if you would like to use a credit card
different than the one you registered with.
Terms and conditions for disconnect and item removal:
1) All labor and tools required for disconnect, rigging,
loading and
removal of items are the sole and absolute responsibility of
the buyer.
2)The buyer agrees to remove its purchases in full, with no
abandonment privileges,
from the premises on or before the date and time posted. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Removal Schedule:
1) Day of the auction December 10th: approximately 2 hour after the
conclusion of the auction
2) Day 2: December 11th from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
3) Day 3: December 12th from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Everything must be off the premises by 4 PM on last day or it
will be considered abandoned property and you be responsible
for any costs associated with its disposal.
