Bidders participating in this sale agree to the terms and conditions stated.



To be approved to bid online in this auction, a $500 authorization will be
placed on credit card provided. Funds will be released if no purchases are
made or if alternate payment is used towards invoice within 24 hours of sale-
end.



B.I.C. Auctions, Inc. makes no warranty, expressed or implied.



All goods are sold “As-Is” and “Where-Is”.



B.I.C. makes every effort to accurately describe all items, but there is the
possibility of error.



Please inspect all items before bidding. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to
determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor
of items for sale.



The record of sales kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final.



After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full.



Buyer’s Premium of 15% will be applied.



Iowa Sales tax (7%) will be applied to invoices unless exemption certificate is
provided to B.I.C. Auctions, Inc.



All purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of sale-end by cash, credit
card (Visa/MasterCard with 3% surcharge) wire transfer, cashier’s check,
personal or company check (ONLY IF accompanied by a Bank Letter of
Guaranty).



If payment is not made within 24 hours, the credit card provided will be billed
up to $500 towards the outstanding balance for each day until full-payment has
been received.



All Equipment must be removed by 11/30/2013 unless prior arrangements
have
been made.
