Auctioneer's Terms and Conditions

By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them.

Auction Catalog is a guide-only. Auction House reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots.

Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the sale.

For online bidders, a 18% Buyers Premium will be applied to all purchases.  Local Sales Tax of 6.25% will apply.  Tax will be waived for buyers with a valid resale (tax exempt) certificate for this type of equipment which you will need to submit to Auction House.

All purchases must be paid in full the day of sale. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed by date specified for specific auction.

Acceptable forms of payment include Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, company check (ONLY IF accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee). There will be a 3% Buyers Premium discount for cash, wire transfer, or certified check. 

Auction House makes every effort to accurately describe all items, but there is the possibility of error. Auction House is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of merchandise. 

Please inspect all items before bidding. Auction House makes no warranty, expressed or implied. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, working condition, or any other determinative factor of items for sale. All sales are FINAL. All goods are sold “AS-IS” and “WHERE-IS”.    Auction house makes every attempt possible to note any defects in items sold but does not guarantee working condition of ANY item.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR ANY REASON DUE TO WORKING CONDITION OF ANY ITEMS IN THIS SALE.  

The record of sales kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final.

Credit / Debit Card Deposits: This auction will require a refundable credit or debit card pre-authorization. Your credit / debit card added through the Bidspotter.com fully secure and PCI compliant registration process will be assessed a $200.00 pre-authorization in order to be approved to bid within the auction. You will not be approved without your credit card entered at the stage of registration being assessed a refundable pre-authorization of $200.00.  ALL PRE-AUTHORIZATIONS FOR NON-WINNING BIDDERS WILL BE RELEASED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER AUCTION CLOSES.

Credit / Debit Card Payments: Payments via credit card are accepted up to 100% of final invoice total.  Your deposit will be applied to your final invoice amount.
