ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE 4 PM, THURSDAY JUNE 7TH, 2018. NO EXCEPTIONS.

1. All items are sold as is where is without warranty or guarantee. It is the bidders' responsibility to verify the integrity and condition of all goods before bidding. We do not test or verify any items sold in the auction.
2. Payment must be made in full before 4 PM Tuesday June 5th. UNLESS PRE ARRANGED, PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED USING THE CREDIT CARD SUPPLIED UPON REGISTRATION THE NEXT DAY.IF YOU WISH TO PAY BY OTHER MEANS ( WIRE OR BANK TRANSFER) YOU MUST BE PRE AUTHORIZED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE AUCTION.
3. All items must be picked up before 4PM Thursday June 7th. Auction Depot will NOT ship items thus successful bidders must make all arrangements for removal of goods. All items must be paid in full before they are picked up. REMOVAL HOURS: 10AM-4PM JUNE 6&7TH, 2018.
4. A 15% buyers premium will be charged on all auction sales as well as 5% GST.
5. In any dispute, the auctioneer shall have final sale in all matters
6. All items not picked up before the removal deadline will be left at the mercy of Auto Spa Towing and the buyer will be required to negotiate storage/removal of said items with the management of Auto Spa Towing.
