**** This auction may be subject to a fully refundable $100.00 Pre Authorization deposit*****
1. All items are sold as is where is without warranty or guarantee. It is the bidders' responsibility to verify the integrity and condition of all goods before bidding. We do not test or verify any items sold in the auction.
2. UNLESS PRE ARRANGED, PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED USING THE CREDIT CARD SUPPLIED UPON REGISTRATION THE NEXT DAY.
3. THIS AUCTION CLOSED FEBRUARY 26 AT 5 PM. ALL ITEMS MAY BE REMOVED STARTING TUESDAY FEBRUARY 27 AT 10 AM AND MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE 3 PM WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 28TH.
4. A 15% buyers premium will be charged on all auction sales as well as 5% GST.
5. In any dispute, the auctioneer shall have final sale in all matters
6. All items not picked up before the removal deadline are subject to a $20.00 per day storage charge. All goods not removed by the next auction will be sold and refunds will not be issued. WE DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS.
