Terms and Conditions
1. All items are sold as is where is without warranty or guarantee. It is the bidders responsibility to verify the integrity and condition of all goods before bidding. We do not test or verify any items sold in the auction.
2. Payment must be made in full before 12 noon Thursday, August 10th, 2017. UNLESS PRE ARRANGED, PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED USING THE CREDIT CARD SUPPLIED UPON REGISTRATION THE NEXT DAY.
3. All items must be picked up before 12 noon Friday August 11th, 2017. Auction Depot will NOT ship items thus successfull bidders must make all arrangements for removal of goods. All items must be paid in full before they are picked up.
4. A 15% buyers premium will be charged on all auction sales as well as 5% GST.
5. In any dispute, the auctioneer shall have final sale in all matters
