The following are the terms of sale for this auction: All items will be sold "as is, where is." A 13% Buyer's Premium will be charged to all buyers. After the bidding closes, all accounts must be paid in full, by wire transfer or certified funds, MasterCard, or Visa. Paying by Credit Card is an option only and an additional 2% will be added to your bill if you elect to use a credit card (15% total). An invoice will follow at the conclusion of the event. The equipment is located in Oswego, NY (30) minutes from Syracuse, NY.

Order of Sale: We will sell in the order of the listed catalog. At our option, similar items might be combined if the high bidder chooses to do so providing the items are in consecutive order.

Removal: All SMALL purchases must be removed from the Auction QUICKLY. LARGE MILL LINES MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 35 DAYS OF THE AUCTION BY APOINTMENT. We will, at our expense, remove the roof panels of the building so you can, at your expense, rig and remove the assets. We are negotiating with a large commercial rigger to have a crane on site capable of removal of the larger equipment. One of the larger items that we are selling is the Kiln building. This must be removed by an insured contractor within 60 days of the auction. All on line purchases MUST be paid within the next day following the auction. New York State Sales Tax will be collected from all buyers who do not have a Resale Tax ID#, unless your items will be shipped outside of NYS, by common carrier, with a copy of the bill of lading sent to our office. Your invoice will automatically have the New York State sales Tax calculated and included. If you are tax exempt or are shipping outside of NYS by common carrier and can get us the bill of lading, the sales tax could be removed from your bill. Please keep in mind that your online bids are binding purchase contracts and must be paid for and removed from the Auction Location according to the terms stated here. All sales are Final. Complete terms with precedence will be read prior to the Auction.
