There will be a $150.00 deposit required for registration. This deposit will apply toward your purchase or will be fully refundable if no purchase is made. A 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM WILL APPLY TO ALL PURCHASES. Payment: Credit Card, wire transfer or Certified Check. There will be a 3% charge if paid by credit card. FULL SETTLEMENT TO BE MADE DAY OF SALE. All sales are final and are payable at the conclusion of the sale. Removal of Purchases: Cost, responsibility, and risk of removal of purchases remain with the purchaser. It is the purchaser's responsibility to restore/repair all real or personal property that is altered or damaged as a result of the removal. Purchases must be removed from the premises in the time allocated as announced and/or posted by the Auctioneers. Alexander and Galloway Auction Company reserves the right to charge the purchaser for the costs of storage and/or disposal beyond the removal period. Items not picked up in the time allocated will be considered abandoned. NO purchases may be removed until after the conclusion of the sale. No claims of any kind shall be allowed for any item not removed or after an item has been removed by the purchaser. Disclaimer of Warranties: Everything will be sold "AS IS," "WHERE IS," "AS AVAILABLE," "WITH FAULTS," with no representations, expressed or implied. Alexander and Galloway Auction Company, as agent and seller, expressly disclaims any warranty as to fitness or usability of all the assets, and the buyer expressly waives any claims in respect to any possible future use of any asset purchased for any purpose whatsoever. Alexander and Galloway Auction Company, seller and/or advertising agents will not be held responsible for advertising inaccuracies or discrepancies. Prospective buyers are advised that Alexander and Galloway Auction Company will make every effort to accurately describe subject property, but does not guarantee the accuracy of description or condition of the subject property. Prospective buyers are urged to inspect all items, deductions will not be allowed on damaged goods since everything is sold "as is" and without recourse. No advice or information, whether written or verbal, obtained by a prospective buyer from Alexander and Galloway Auction Company shall create any warranties or responsibility for items purchased. The purchaser hereby assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold Alexander and Galloway Auction Company and seller harmless from any future claim which shall pertain to the fitness or use of the item being purchased. Limitations of Liability: For any reason whatsoever, an item purchased cannot be delivered, the buyer waives liability on the part of Alexander and Galloway Auction Company and further agrees that any obligation of said item is limited to the bid and paid for price of item. Persons attending the auction preview, or removal assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify Alexander and Galloway Auction Company and sellers from liability. Alexander and Galloway Auction Company and/or seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises in which the sale is held.  The purchaser is responsible for the approval of the import of the contract goods into the individual country. Notwithstanding the fact that import is rejected, the purchaser must fulfill the obligations of the purchase contract. All machinery was functional at time of disconnect prior to being placed in storage. Viewing dates will be July 11th and 12th. Pickup dates will July 25th and July 26th. Alexander and Galloway Auction Company reserve the right to use the forklift to load machinery and items (from this auction only) at time of pickup. Forklift pickup date will be July 27th.  Alexander and Galloway Auction Company and Whitfill Machine and Welding assume no liability while loading items from this auction. If buyer wishes to employ a rigging company of their choice, that is at the sole discretion of the buyer.    A 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM WILL APPLY TO ALL PURCHASES.
