REGISTRATION
A valid credit card is required in order to confirm bidders identity and will remain on file.
***A $1,000 credit card preauthorization will be run on the credit card on file. ***
This is strictly a hold to verify there is credit available on the card.

PAYMENT
We accept cashier's check or credit cards (up to $3,000 and a 3% processing fee applies.) Balance of payment must be made within 24 hours of auction. No Items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell buyer's lots if full payment is not made by 3PM next day.

BUYER PREMIUM
15% Buyer Premium applies to any purchases made via the online bidding platform

SALES TAX
No Sales Tax applies at this auction. Buyers of motor vehicles will pay sales tax as part of registration fees at motor vehicle agency.

AS-IS, WHERE IS
All items are sold "as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee. Please inspect all items carefully before bidding. There will be no re-bids or rebates after an item is sold. This catalog is presented strictly as a guide and is subject to errors and omissions.

PICK UP
Due to Covid-19 restrictions. Pick-Up will be by scheduled appointment through our offices. These appointments will be scheduled between the house of 8AM to 4PM. Monday thru Friday.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No returns or adjustments will be made after the auction. Bidders who elect to pay their balance by credit card understand an additional 3% convenience fee applies and agree to relinquish any and all rights to charge backs.

DISPUTES / DISCREPANCIES
Record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. In the event the auctioneer cannot release all or part of the lot, the extent of the auctioneer's responsibility will be to refund all monies paid in connection with the lot in question. Auctioneer records the sale by voice recorder. No adjustments will be made to an invoice once the inventory leaves the premises.

LIABILITY
All persons attending, inspecting or removing merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer and Seller formal liability therefore. Auctioneer and Seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in condition of the merchandiser premises on which the sale is held. Auctioneer at his sole discretion may require insurance and/or the use of a commercial rigger based upon the level of difficulty removing a piece of equipment.

Additional Terms of Sale may be announced by auctioneer on day of auction and a bid signifies acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
