DEPOSIT & Final Payment
A $1,000 CREDIT CARD PREAUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO REGISTER. Your credit card will not be charge it is only a preauthorization and it will have a $1,000 hold placed on it until your invoice is paid in full. Final payment must be made by cashier's check or wire transfer within 24 hours of auction for the total of the invoice. No Items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full. All bids are binding, in the event of a default in payment, we intend to initiate suit for payment and damages through the New Jersey Superior Court system.

Participation Requirements:
Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval.

*3% Convenience Fee applies to credit card transactions.
Payment Instructions:
Full payment is required by 3PM Tuesday, June 20th, 2018. Any balances not paid in full within 24 hours of the auction will be charged to the bidder’s credit card on file and a 3% credit card processing fee would apply.

All Sales Are Final:
All items are being sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Auctioneer makes no representations as to the condition, marketability or size of the inventory to be sold. No claims of any kind shall be allowed after Item has been removed by the Buyer. All Sales Are Final. Buyers in default will be held responsible for the entire invoice amount regardless of acceptance of merchandise. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Removal of Items:
Tuesday, June 19th 12 Noon to 4PM.
Wednesday, June 20th 8AM to 4PM
Thursday - Facility is Closed (no pick up)
Friday, June 22nd 8AM to 4PM
Please coordinate with auctioneer the removal of your purchases in a timely fashion. The inventory will NOT be prepared or palletized. It will be the successful bidders responsibility to arrange for picking up and trucking from the auction location. Any inventory not picked up by 4PM Friday, June 22nd, 2018 will be considered abandoned. If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please email questions@ajwillner.com the identity of your agent.
Bidders should not participate in the auction if they cannot comply with the stated auction terms.
