DEPOSIT & Final Payment
A $1,000 credit card preauthorization is required in order to register.  Your credit card will have a $1,000 hold placed on it until your invoice is paid in full.  This is only a preauthorization in order to qualify bidders.  Final payment must be made by cashier's check or wire transfer within 24 hours of auction for the total of the invoice.  No Items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full.   All bids are binding, in the event of a default in payment, we intend to initiate suit for payment and damages through the New Jersey Superior Court system.

Bidding Format: 
Online Only Auction.  There is no live bidding at this auction. 

Auction Ends: 
Tuesday, November 7th, 2017.  Lot #1 closes at 11AM and every 60 seconds the following lots close. 

Soft Close is in effect. 
If a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes, the auction will automatically extend for an additional 2 minutes.

Buyer Premium: 
15% Buyer Premium Applies to All Purchases.

Participation Requirements: 
Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval.

Payment Options: 
Wire Transfer, and Cash.

Payment Instructions: 
Full payment is required by 3PM Wednesday, November 8th, 2017. Any balances not paid in full within 24 hours of the auction will be charged to the bidder’s credit card on file.

All Sales Are Final:
This is a Court Ordered Auction.  All items are being sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied.  Auctioneer makes no representations as to the condition, marketability or size of the inventory to be sold.  No claims of any kind shall be allowed after Item has been removed by the Buyer.  All Sales Are Final.  Buyers in default will be held responsible for the entire invoice amount regardless of acceptance of merchandise.  There are no refunds or exchanges.

Removal of Items:
Pick Up By Appointment.  Buyers are fully responsible for all aspects of removal.  Only licensed and insured riggers will be allowed on-site.  Any items not removed by Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017 will be considered abandoned.  If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please email questions@ajwillner.com the identity of your agent.

Bidders should not participate in the auction if they cannot comply with the stated auction terms.
