DEPOSIT:
A $1,000 credit card preauthorization is required in order to register. Your credit card will have a $1,000 hold placed on it until your invoice is paid in full. This is only a preauthorization in order to qualify bidders. Final payment must be made by cashier's check or wire transfer within 24 hours of auction for the total of the invoice.

BIDS ARE BINDING:
All Bidders are bound to their bids. In the event a successful bidder does not complete payment, the succussful bidder will forfiet their deposit and be liable for any deficit in the resale. All bidders will be held accountable for an incomplete transaction.
BALANCE DUE:
Final Payment must be initiated via wire transfer on auction day. Immediately following auction successful online bidders must initiate a wire transfer for ther balance of payment and forward via email a "wire confirmation." No Items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell buyer’s lots, with buyer forfeiting their deposit, if full payment is not intiated the afternoon of the auction. All bids are binding, in the event of a default in payment, we intend to initiate suit for payment and damages through the New Jersey Superior Court system.
REMOVAL:
Please make arrangements to remove any purchases within 72 hours of the auction sale. Auctioneer does not move, rig or store equipment however we can recommend several area riggers who we have worked in conjunction with in the past. Please contact our office for contact info.
ONLINE BIDDING BUYER PREMIUM:
15 % Buyer Premium applies to all purchases.
