Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT:
A $10,000 refundable deposit is required at time of online registration in order to obtain bidding approval.
Only customers who have either posted said deposit or have a positive bidding history with our company, will be authorized to bid in this auction. Please contact our office well in advance of the auction for wire instructions. We do not accept credit cards. Once wire is recieved the bidder registration will become active.

BIDS ARE BINDING:
All Bidders are bound to their bids. In the event a successful bidder does not complete payment, the succussful bidder will forfiet their deposit and be liable for any deficit in the resale. This is a court ordered auction sale all bidders will be held accountable for an incomplete transaction.
BALANCE DUE:
Final Payment must be initiated via wire transfer on auction day. Immediately following auction successful online bidders must initiate a wire transfer for ther balance of payment and forward via email a "wire confirmation." No Items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell buyer’s lots, with buyer forfeiting their deposit, if full payment is not intiated the afternoon of the auction. This is a court ordered auction all bids are binding. Please be advised, in the event of a default in payment, the attorneys for the court will initiate suit for payment and damages through the New Jersey Superior Courts.
REMOVAL:
With regard to the removal of the MRI and the CT Scanner...
The auctioneer is working with a contractor regarding the removal of an exterior wall in order to ease removal. The auctioneer and bankruptcy trustee would cover all costs with opening the wall. We tentatively intend to open said wall on Tuesday, November 10th. Bidders should prearrange rigging with this date in mind. We are pleased to be working with Heritage Industrial Services Inc. 732-620-7013, who (independent from our company) is offering their rigging services.
