1. 25% Deposit Requirement (Internet Bidders):
Internet bidders must have a $25,000 refundable deposit on account. Contact our office at (908) 789-9999 to receive the wire transfer information for AJ Willner Auctions Trust Account. After the wire transfer is received, bidders will be authorized to register and participate in the simulcast, online auction. The balance of a 25% deposit is due and payble to AJ Willner Auctions by Friday, November 22nd, 4PM.
2. Final Payment: Balance of payment is due by Wednesday, November 27th @ 4PM.
3. High bidder is bound to their bid. Deposit money given by high bidder is non-refundable. Should high bidder default, the high bidder will be held responsible for any shortfall and cost of a resale.
4. This boat is being sold free & clear of all liens, judgements, taxes & encumbrances. The secured creditor, TD Bank, NA is guaranteeing marketable title.
5. This boat is being sold "as is, where is", without contingencies. Including but not limited to financing.
6. Auction sale is subject to confirmation of secured party.
7. Internet Bidding Buyer Premium:
A 13% buyer premium applies to sale.
