Automated cell assembly machine for assembly of PC-10 ultra capacitors. 48 stations with positive and negative for ea. Over a 1000 IOs. Think and Do program Profibus communication. Pneumatically and electrically actuated. With vision system Trumpf Haas Laser HL 204 P spot welding system - a pulsed solid state laser flags onto the positive electrodes for ultra caps. Laser is 200 watt. Computers in cabinet with touch screen control Schott KL 1500 LCD fiber optic illuminator. Automation feed systems corp. indexer has 24 stations (manuals in 2 metal storage cabinets). JVC transformer style DH3-15B-44C on metal stand. Two 208 volt power cabinets and wire storage cabinets above unit. Three pallets that contain extra plexi glass panels. detached instruments and extra metal guide rails.

By registering and participating in this auction, you, buyer, agree to the following terms and conditions as well as any changes announced at the auction. In order to bid, you must register online and provide a valid driver’s license or other acceptable form of photo identification as well as a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Your credit card will be charged a $300 deposit. If you are the high bidder the deposit will be applied towards the full amount + buyers premium and sales tax will be charged upon conclusion of auction. (if you do not purchase anything credit will be processed within 48 hours). If purchasing for resale, please fax (858-384-3557) or email valid resale certif. when you register (auctions@abamex.com) indicating that all items to be purchased will be for resale, that you’re in the business of reselling ________ (please describe what type of merchandise is covered by your resale certificate).
Upon conclusion of auction, your card will be charged up to $1000 (one thousand dls) and balance of your purchases is due within 24 hours via cash (on site) or wire transfer. If you do NOT want the card used to register to be charged you MUST contact Abamex BEFORE the end of the auction preferably via email (auctions@abamex.com). Credit cards that are declined will cause an additional charge of $15 added to your invoice. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted. Everything is sold AS IS WHERE IS. Please inspect before bidding. All sales are FINAL. All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. Removal the following 3 working days after auction closes. Removal is the buyer’s responsibility. Abamex will NOT pack nor ship, buyer must make own arrangements. Items not picked up by due time will be deemed abandoned & your deposits will be forfeited. Please bring your original paid invoice for pickup. If you're sending someone else to pickup please email their information and your authorization to release the merchandise. email auctions at abamex dot com. Buyer acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers and Seller harmless from any and all damages, claims, liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the preview, auction or during the removal of items purchased or afterwards, during the use of the purchased items. Buyer agrees to pay the actual expenses incurred by Abamex or Seller in the enforcement of this agreement or defense of any claim. Buyer should do his/her own independent research prior to purchasing and buyer agrees that buyer is purchasing as is and any repairs/upgrades needed on these products are the sole responsibility of buyer. No returns will be accepted, no monetary credits will be given and buyer won't contest any credit card charges due to any of the above. Credit card charge will appear on your statement as Abamex Auction Co., San Diego CA. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS with no expressed nor implied guarantees of any kind and all sales are final. Auctioneer reserves the right to take sealed bids/phone bids, accept bids in any increment to the best interest of Sellers & to reject the bidding from anyone whose conduct or actions are not in the best interest of Sellers. Auctioneer and Sellers reserve the right to add or delete merchandise without prior notice. Sellers may bid on their own property. This catalog is prepared as a guide and we do not warrant the accuracy, description, count, etc. of any of the lots specified. Neither seller nor Abamex Auction Company are or will be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Please inspect before bidding. It is your (buyer's) responsibility to inspect, to check legal restrictions in your area and to obtain the mandatory permits if applicable. No safety check has been performed nor will be performed by seller nor by auction company on any of the items/vehicles to be auctioned. It's the buyer's responsibility to follow safety recommendations for all items. Online bidding and webcast/live internet bidding are provided as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against seller, Abamex Auction Co. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. By participating at the auction, bidder warrants that bidder has the ability, capacity and authority to enter into an agreement to purchase the item and by being the successful bidder has entered into an irrevocable offer to purchase for the full amount of the bid plus buyers premium and sales tax. If any item is withdrawn from the auction after bidding has completed, the purchaser’s sole remedy shall be the refund of any purchase price actually paid. All bidders expressly consent to personal and exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of the State of California located in San Diego County. Buyer agrees to pay all of Auction Co.’s attorneys fees arising from any claims to this agreement (regardless if there was a breach or not), and for any other actions disputing this contract. Abamex is not setup to pack nor ship. Please contact the company of your choice to arrange packing and shipping if you are not able to pickup at the auction site.
