Photo ID or online approval will be required for bidder registration and will be retained by Booker Auction Company. Cash or approved check, VISA or MC (only), day of Auction.

A 12% handling fee will be added to the final bid to determine the selling price on all equipment. An additional 4% handling fee will be added to the final bid to determine the selling price on all equipment regardless of selling price subject to discount of same 4% handling fee for cash or check payment made day-of-sale. All personal and company checks are subject to approval and will be documented by photo id. New bidders (those without a positive Booker Auction purchase history) will need a statement from their financial institution confirming their "good standing"; plus driver's license and viable credit card.

NOTE! No items may be removed until satisfactory payment has been made! Seller and/or Booker Auction Co. reserves the right to maintain possession of any item sold until funds (checks, drafts, or purchase orders) are verified.

Although every precaution has been taken to assure accuracy, the seller and Booker Auction Co., shall not be liable for errors and/or omissions. Booker Auction Co. may, under certain conditions, bid on behalf of the seller, lien holder and/or pre-approved absentee buyers. All items immediately become the responsibility of the purchaser after being sold. Booker Auction Co. is not responsible for accidents. Sales Tax will be added to the purchase of all taxable items. Dealers who purchase for resale must file their resale permit numbers. If sales tax is not collected at the time of sale and is deemed needed to be paid at a later date, buyer agrees to pay all required taxes.

Items must be removed from the premises by June 30, 2014 within business hours M-F. No item can, on any account, be removed before termination of the sale. All removal, including rigging, lifting and loading shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Auctioneers shall not be responsible for items not removed within the time allowed. If equipment is not removed within specified removal time, purchaser shall be liable for any moving and storage costs incurred and, if not so removed, the items shall be deemed abandoned.
