** Although Baker Auction Co. does not charge a “Buyer’s Premium”, our Live Webcast Provider implements an Internet Convenience Fee to winning online bidders. This fee is 3% of the hammer price; with a $500 maximum per lot.**

BAKER AUCTION

TERMS & CONDITIONS:  All property sold “AS IS” and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Property is open to thorough public inspection.  It is the bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.  Baker Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations.  In no event shall Baker Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.  All internet bidders shall be registered 24 hrs prior to start time. Buyers are responsible for their purchases as soon as the hammer falls.

PAYMENT:  Payment instructions:  wire transfer of US funds only, will be accepted on Tuesday March 24, to be completed by 2:00 PM/MT by contacting Baker Auction @ 1/800-650-5808. Nothing to be removed until payment in full has been received.  There will be a 3% internet convenience fee ($500 maximum per lot) that will be charged to winning internet bidders. 

EQUIPMENT PICKUP & LOADING: Shipping and equipment preparation for load out and transport will be buyers responsibility. Equipment load out will be coordinated by contacting JB Salutregui @ 541/212-3278.
