KEY TERMS

• Currency: Online Auction to be held in Euros

• Buyers Premium: No Buyers Premium

• VAT: To be charged at 19% on all Lots

• Lots: All items sold as seen, no warranty implied or given

• Location: JCB Vibromax, Gatersleben, 06466, Germany

• Viewing: Thursday 16^th and Friday 17^th October 2014,  9am-5pm (The Buyers is advised to inspect any Lot which  they intend to bid) All visitors attending onsite are required to sign in and comply with Health and Safety regulations

• Online Bidding Closes: Monday 20^th October 2014 – 12 Noon (BST) subject to time extensions. If a bid is placed within the last 10 minutes the Lot will continue for a further 10 minutes until no further bids are placed

• Payment: BANK TRANSFERS ONLY. Cleared funds must be received by Friday 24^th October 2014, 5pm

• Removal: STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY from Monday 27^th October – Thursday 30^th October, 9am-5pm

• All purchasers are responsible for dismantling and removal. However please note Overhead Cranes are available on request to assist with loading, subject to machine weight and warehouse location.

• PLEASE NOTE: LOT 150 2006, JCB TLT30D Teletruck, Serial No. 1174734, Hrs. 9,500 approx.  This Teletruck will be used to assist with loading and can only be collected on Wednesday 5th November by appointment
