Onsite Viewing available - Tuesday May 10 thru Tuesday May 17 - 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (Closed Weekends)
All items must be paid for in FULL within 2 days of auction close and removed by 4:30 pm Friday May 20, 2016 unless prior arrangements made.
The Winning Bidder Notification is not an invoice. You will receive a seperate invoice by email only. Please check your email the day after auction close. If you do not receive an invoice please notify us by email to buyit@activeauctionmart.com
Credit cards are not processed upon close of auction. Credit card payment is only accepted for purchases up to $5000.00 and within Canada only. All purchases made outside of Canada must be paid for by wire transfer. If you choose to pay by credit card a credit card authorization form will need to be completed. Please email us at buyit@activeauctionmart.com to request this form.

Online Bidders Terms and Conditions
- Terms of the sale are Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Wire or E-Transer. We do not accept cheques.
- All good sold in Canadian funds
- The items have been displayed for inspection and each purchaser shall be held satisfied as to the condition , identity and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make objection after the sale on any grounds whatsoever
- 18% Buyers Premium will be charged on all sales
- Auctioneer has the right to delete, remove or alter lots prior to sale
- All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and lie at the purchasers risk immediately
- All sales “FINAL”
- All sales are subject to applicable taxes
- All items must be removed within 2 days of auction date
- All invoices will be sent via email
- The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times
- In any case of dispute the Auctioneers decision shall be final
- All items must be removed from the premises by the date listed per auction and only upon full payment by Cash, Wire or E-Transfer, Debit, Visa, MasterCard
- Shipping Service is available from our location
- Please set up shipping with your own carrier. Your Bill of Lading must reference your invoice # and bidder #. Please send a copy of the Bill of Lading to buyit@activeauctionmart.com or by fax to 604-371-1191

- Each shipment is subject to handling, palletizing and packaging fees depending on item. Please contact us to arrange this service and confirm fees prior to scheduling the pickup.
- Storage Fees:
- Items not removed within the allotted time and are subject to a $25.00 per item per day charge.
