Baxter RPW2S-80.5"D roll-in double wide retarder and proofer cabinet can hold up to (8) single end, (8) single side, or (4) double side load racks. Baxter built this proofer cabinet with a patented air flow system and internally mounted humidity system that will keep the inside of this cabinet hot without drying out food. An eye-level digital control panel allows you to set the heat/humidity system, set retarding temperature, and features four independent timers. Baxter built their RPW retarder and proofer cabinets out of durable stainless steel that will look great in any kitchen. Baxter's RPW2E-80.5"D is shipped knocked down and will need to be installed by a field technician.

All items must be paid for in FULL and removed by 5pm Friday February 19, 2016 unless prior arrangements made.
Credit cards are not processed upon close of auction. Credit card payment is only accepted for purchases up to $5000.00 and within Canada only. All purchases made outside of Canada must be paid for by wire transfer. If you choose to pay by credit card please complete the form below and submit it by email.

- Credit card payment only accepted up to $5000.00 and within Canada only
- Winner bidder outside of Canada must pay by wire transfer

- The items have been displayed for inspection and each purchaser shall be held satisfied as to the condition , identity and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make objection after the sale on any grounds whatsoever

- Auctioneer has the right to delete, remove or alter lots prior to sale
- All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and lie at the purchasers risk immediately
