Bidders Terms and Conditions

  • Terms of the sale are Cash, Debit, Visa or MasterCard.   We do not accept cheques
  • All good sold in Canadian funds
  • The items have been displayed for inspection and each purchaser shall be held satisfied as to the condition , identity and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make objection after the sale on any grounds whatsoever
  • 18% Buyers Premium will be charged on all sales
  • Auctioneer has the right to delete, remove or alter lots prior to sale
  • All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and lie at the purchasers risk immediately
  • All sales “FINAL”
  • All sales are subject to applicable taxes
  • Items become the responsibility of the buyer immediately upon reward of the bid.  It shall be the responsibility of the buyer to insure his purchases immediately
  • The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times
  • In any case of dispute the Auctioneers decision shall be final
  • No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the lots by reason of their being incorrectly described in the catalogue and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneers in respect to any faults or errors.  These have been prepared as a guide only, please inspect all equipment.
  • All items must be removed from the premises by the date listed per auction and only upon full payment by Cash, Debit, Visa or MasterCard
  • No removal until payment in full
  • See auction schedule for removal dates
  • All trucking, storage and handling cost for removal and the responsibility thereof should be borne by the buyer
  • No palletizing, packaging or shipping services available from auction site
  • All items must be removed the day of the sale
