- Forklift, Skidding, wrapping & packaging services are available but not at all auction sites
- Skidding, crating and packaging is available upon request, additional costs apply.
- Specific instructions may be placed on each lot for location pickup, larger item removal or off-site items. Please review and inquire.

Online Bidders Terms and Conditions
- Preview is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. We are closed Saturday & Sunday
- Terms of the sale are Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, wire transfer or direct deposit. We do not accept cheques
- All items must be removed by end of business day Friday June 19th or storage fees will apply
- All goods sold in Canadian funds
- The items have been displayed for inspection and each purchaser shall be held satisfied as to the condition , identity and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make objection after the sale on any grounds whatsoever
- 18% Buyers Premium will be charged on all sales
- Auctioneer has the right to delete, remove or alter lots prior to sale
- All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and lie at the purchasers risk immediately
- All sales “FINAL”
- All sales are subject to applicable taxes
- All items must be removed within 2 days of auction date or as posted
- All invoices will be sent via email
- The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times
- In any case of dispute the Auctioneers decision shall be final
- All items must be removed from the premises by the date listed per auction and only upon full payment by Cash, Debit, Visa or MasterCard
- Shipping Service is available from our location
- Please set up shipping with your own carrier. Your Bill of Lading must reference your invoice # and bidder #. Please send a copy of the Bill of Lading to buyit@activeauctionmart.com or by fax to 604-371-1191
- If you need help arranging freight please call us at 604-371-1190 – a list of carriers will be provided.
- Each shipment is subject to handling, palletizing and packaging fees depending on item. Please contact us to arrange this service and confirm fees prior to scheduling the pickup.
- Storage Fees:
- Items not removed within the allotted time and are subject to a $25.00 per item per day charge.
