All Prospective Bidders for alcoholic beverages must demonstrate appropriate, current, and active licensure by the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages necessary to purchase alcoholic beverages from a Florida licensed distributor. All sales shall be in compliance with Florida’s alcoholic beverage laws.
In order to bid online we must receive a 25% deposit in a certified or bank check; wire transfer; or a company/personal check accompanied with a letter of guarantee from your bank prior to the auction.
