BULK OFFER
Parties interested in submitting an offer will be required to meet specific bidding
requirements, which are available by request from Tiger. Please note that all
offers are accepted without contingency.

on-line participants will be required to register at Bidspotter.com and provide
a credit card deposit. We will authorize your credit card for $300 as an
Auction Registration deposit, and reserve the right to increase the deposit to
equal 25% of your total high bids. This authorization will place a 3-7 day hold
on these funds with your credit card company, but will not be charged unless
purchases are made. Onsite buyers must have made arrangements to maintain
a 25% deposit on their purchases. With the exception of registration deposits,
no cash will be accepted on site. Therefore, purchasers intending to spend
over $1,500 must either make a direct deposit into Tiger?s account in
anticipation of their spending or contact the Auctioneer to establish
acceptable deposit arrangements.
BULK OFFER FOR REAL ESTATE & EQUIPMENT: Parties interested in submitting
a bulk offer will be required to meet specific bidding requirements, which are
available by request from Tiger. Please note that all offers are accepted

PAYMENT: All payments are due by 12 pm the day following the auction
closes.
PAYMENT FORMS: Cash payments must be made by direct deposit into a
specified local bank account. This information will be provided to bidders
upon request. You may also pay by cashier?s check, wire transfer or credit
card. However, BALANCES IN EXCESS OF $10,000 MUST BE SETTLED BY WIRE
TRANSFER WHICH MUST BE INITIATED BY 12PM ON THE DAY AFTER THE
AUCTION.
BUYERS? PREMIUM: A 17% Buyer?s Premium will be added to the price of each
item. Buyer?s paying by certified funds or wire transfer will receive a 2%
discount.
VAT/TAX: All Taxes are applied at the end of the auction unless Buyer has
notified Tiger prior to the close of auction and qualifies for tax exemption. A
buyer?s failure to qualify for exemption does not waive its obligations to
complete its purchase per the terms of sale. Tiger reserves the right to reject
any tax exemption claim.
REMOVAL: All buyers are responsible to remove their items during the posted
checkout times. To minimize wait time, all buyers are asked to schedule an
appointment. Buyers are also responsible to bring their own crews, packing
materials, material handling equipment & etc. for removal. Buyers requiring
shipping or moving assistance can refer to our list of 3rd party shippers. See
link above.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All items are sold ?as-is, where-is? with no guarantees
or representations. All Sales Are Final. Buyers are recommended to inspect
items before they bid.
