All Schatt & Morgan and Queen related trademarks in one group

The trademarks are being offered in two seperate ways.

2 Schatt & Morgan trademarks are being offered seperately from the 4 Queen Knife trademarks.

Then a seperate option to buy all trademarks together in one lot.

Whichever bid is highest - ie the 2 seperate bids total sum, or the one single bid for all trademarks, will win. 

Example: if Schatt & Morgan trademark sells for $1,000, and the Queen trademarks sell for $2,000, but the bid for all trademarks sells for $5,000, the winner will be the bidder of all trademarks, and the bidders on the single lots will not win anything. 

Credit/Debit Card Deposits: This auction will require a refundable credit or debit card deposit. Your credit/ debit card added through the Bidspotter.com fully secure and PCI compliant registration process will be assessed  $1000.00 deposit in order to be approved to bid within the auction. You will not be approved without your credit card entered at the stage of registration being assessed a refundable deposit of $1000.00.

Credit/ Debit Card Payment: Payments via credit card are accepted up to $10,000.00 final invoice total. Any invoice total larger than $10,000.00 must be paid by cash, wire transfer, money order, or certified check. Your deposit may be applied to your final invoice amount, even if your final invoice is larger than $1000.00.

1. A buyer’s Premium of 15%  applies to all lots sold. 
2. No one under the age of 18 years of age is permitted to register or bid.
3. The auctioneer is the sole authority on any disputed bid, and his word is final. We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors and to re-invoice if necessary.
4. If a dispute arises out of this contract that cannot be settled through negotiation or mediation, any-and-all court proceeding shall take place in Butler, Pa.16101.
5. NSF or stop payment checks are subject to a $35.00 returned check fee.

This auction is an "as is" public auction under Article 9 of Pennsylvania's Uniform Commercial Code by Bridgeway Capital, Inc. ("Bridgeway"). Bridgeway is a secured creditor in the assets being sold. Bridgeway is providing notice of the auction to all persons or entities entitled to notice under Article 9 so the can bid to protect their interest, if any.

The actual owner of those assets is either Mr. Kenneth Daniels, owner of the recently closed Daniels Family Cutlery Corporation d/b/a Queen Cutlery Company or that corporation itself. He has agreed to this auction and will have to be your source for any factual questions. Like the auctioneer, Bridgeway is offering no warranty or representation as to any of the assets being auctioned and all bidders must perform their own due diligence.
