                         No Merchandise may be removed until complete settlement has been made.

1. All purchases shall be paid for in full on the day of the sale, unless a wire transfer is required. The wire transfer shall be sent no later than 09/28/17 by 3:00 PM.
2. Purchases shall be paid for with cash, WV, PA or Ohio co. checks, credit card or wire transfer. Any other state checks will require bank letter of credit. Invoices up to $10,000.00 may be paid for with a company check. Invoices above $10,000.00 shall be paid for with a wire transfer.
3. All items are sold as is where is and how is, with no warranties of any type expressed or implied concerning the merchandise being sold.
4. Descriptions of merchandise contained in the catalog are intended for general information purposes only. Please examine items carefully before bidding as no refunds will be given.
5. A buyer’s Premium of 15% in house and 18% online applies to all lots sold. 3% discount for cash or good check.
6. A minimum bid of $5.00 per item is required.
7. No one under the age of 18 years of age is permitted to register or bid.
8. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All risk of loss passes to the buyer upon the declaration that the item has been sold. Any item purchased must be removed in its entirety.

A properly stamped invoice, authenticated by our cashier, will be required by our check-out       personnel in order that you may remove the item.                           

1. The auctioneers may remove items from the sale at their discretion.
2. The auctioneer is the sole authority on any disputed bid, and his word is final. We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors and to re-invoice if necessary.
3. If a dispute arises out of this contract that cannot be settled through negotiation or mediation, any-and-all court proceeding shall take place in Butler, Pa.16101.
4. All machines are either disconnected at the plug or at the quick disconnect box, box not included.
5. Anyone wishing to remove items for themselves using the forklift or crane must provide a one million dollar insurance policy naming Hartland Machinery Auctioneers and Metalworking Machinery as additional insured.
6. The property is for sale for use or demolition and all bids must be reviewed and accepted or rejected by the owner.
7. Removal dates and times: Wednesday after the end of the auction until 5:00 PM. Thursday and Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. No Saturday or Sunday pickup. Monday through Friday (October 2-6) from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Items not picked up by 10/06/17 at 4:00 will be considered abandoned, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. Building is for sale for use or demolition, once ownership has passed to the new owner you may not be able to retrieve items left behind. Items picked up after 10/06/17 will be subject to a $100.00 per day pick up fee, charged only for the date you pick up your items.
8. The forklift Lot #427 is reserved until 10/6/17 at 12:00 noon.
9. Storage fees may apply for items picked up after 10/6/17 Call or see auctioneer for details.
10. NSF or stop payment checks are subject to a $35.00 returned check fee.
