New Items come in daily so make sure to check back for updates. Items will be added to both the end of the catalog and throughout the catalog. Please Pay Attention to details of each piece. Pictures are taken with a high resolution so make sure to use the zoom function for each picture for closer inspection of each piece.
Full payment is due within 48 hours following the auction. Payments can be made by Cash, Good Check, Bank Check, Bank Wire or Major Credit Card (3% additional on your total bill, if paying by credit card).

In no event shall Lopatofsky Auction LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant-ability. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Lopatofsky Auction LLC is providing internet live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the Auction. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Lopatofsky Auction LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
