- Buyers will be required to sign a release form before they are allowed to access the site. Buyers are responsible for removing all purchased lots, including all associated parts, components and accessories, if applicable, from site by removal deadline. Buyers with items left on site after deadline are subject to fines of $500 per day or could be subject to abandonment with no further recourse.
- Removal days: March 4 thru 26, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time
- Removal Address: All removal traffic must come to 3000 Penrose, Philadelphia, PA 19145
- All lots will be loaded onto transportation provided by the buyer with the exception of the following lots in which the buyer must provide rigging and loading: 4059A, 4400 thru 4418, 4252 thru 4259, 4552, 4554 thru 4559, 4574, 4614 thru 4621, 4621A thru C, 4622 thru 4624, 4626 thru 4634, 4634A, & 4631A. All potential riggers or anyone operating machinery (fork lifts, etc.) must provide Hilco Industrial, LLC with an insurance certificate meeting Rigger Insurance Requirements. Certificates can be faxed to +1 616-732-7100. You may contact the office at +1 616.732.1800 with any questions.
- Standard Removal Terms apply.
- A buyer release form must be completed and supplied to Hilco personnel if someone other than the registered bidder is picking up auction purchases. They can be turned into Hilco personnel on site or faxed to our office at +1 616.732.7100.

- All bidders residing outside of the United States or Canada are required to submit via wire transfer a qualifying deposit of 25% of their total expected purchases. Deposit instructions will be emailed upon registration. Deposit must be received and confirmed prior to start of auction, and can take up to 72 hours to clear. Please register at least 3 business days prior to sale to allow sufficient time to process deposit.
