During these unprecedented times we all are currently trying to best navigate, many auction businesses have had to make swift, business jolting changes to the way they conduct auctions. While we at GD Auctions undoubtedly have had to make major changes in the way we complete viewings, payments and check out of our online auctions, the way we conduct our auctions and complete the selling process remains unchanged, that is Unreserved Timed Online Auctions. Below are the specific terms and conditions changes that we have had to make in response to the Covid-19 restrictions.
Payment:
All Payments are due April 28th by Noon. All payment must be made online, EFT, wire transfer or via credit card authorization form. No in person payment will be accepted at this auction.

Due to the restrictions in place we will not be able to offer any type of open viewing to the public. Should you have further questions regarding specific lots please email info@gdauctions.com and we will do our best to accommodate with additional photos, emails, videos or other methods of communication.
Check-out and Shipping:
All removal of auction lots will be completed by appointment only, appointments will be made once payment is received. Loadout appointments are going to be available from April 27th – May 1st, 2020. Specific lots may have load out restrictions or deadlines, please read all lot notes and descriptions for any specific load out terms.
All lots will be loaded out with “carry out” and “curb side” pick up assistance. This means that all lots will be brought to the door/dock for buyers by a GDAA representative. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to provide proper transportation of all goods as well as properly securing all goods before leaving the premises. Specific lots must be transported on specific days, please understand these conditions before bidding. These conditions can be found in the lot title and notes. Any additional loading charges for specific lots can be found in the notes as well.
No one from the public will be permitted entry into the auction building during the check-out process. There will be a designated shipping zones, marked by tape, that customers can enter to load any lots on to their vehicle once the items have been brought to the door by a GDAA representative. Viewings and Inspections:
Due to rising demand, Limited Viewing and Inspections will be made available by appointment only on April 23rd from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Walk up traffic will not be permitted entry. All parties interested in making an appointment to view the items in the auction sale must email info@gdauctions.com to schedule their appointment. A maximum of 10 people will be allowed in the building at one time and groups wanting to inspect lots together will be limited 3 people or less. Sanitary precautions will be in place upon arrival which includes mandatory hand washing/hand sanitize as well as a new pair of gloves will be supplied to each person and must be worn on the premises at all times. We ask everyone maintain proper physical distancing at this time and adhere to the suggested 6 foot minimum distance rule.
