Conditions Générales de Ventes
DEPOSIT:
A refundable deposit is required at time of online registration in order to be approved to bid. Bidders intending to bid on the:
Lots 1 thru 5 (the Bloodmobile Buses) must post a $5,000 deposit.
The general lab equipment inventory lots must post a $1,000 deposit.
Upon registration, AJ Willner Auctions will email wire instructions. Once wire is recieved the bidder registration will become active. No Credit Cards or Personal Checks.
BIDS ARE BINDING:
All Bidders are bound to their bids. In the event a successful bidder does not complete payment, the succussful bidder will forfiet their deposit and be liable for any deficit in the resale. This is a court ordered auction sale all bidders will be held accountable for an incomplete transaction.
BALANCE DUE:
Final Payment must be initiated via wire transfer on auction day. Immediately following auction successful online bidders must initiate a wire transfer for ther balance of payment and forward via email a "wire confirmation." No Items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell buyer’s lots, with buyer forfeiting their deposit, if full payment is not intiated the afternoon of the auction.
REMOVAL:
All purchases must be removed from the property by 4PM, Friday, March 20th. We are pleased to be working with Navis Pack & Ship, who (independent from our company) is offering their pack & ship services. A representative from Navis will be on-site auction day in order to provide shipping quotes. Please feel free to contact Gary at Navis for pack & ship quotes.
