A $5,000.00 certified cheque, or bank draft, payable to Danielle B?dard, in Trust, is to be deposited with TCL Asset Group Inc., at registration, day of auction, in order to bid, or submit an offer to purchase, on any of the Properties ? ? This deposit will be applied against the purchase price of the successful bidder ?
? A further $10,000.00 deposit by certified cheque or bank draft, payable to Danielle B?dard, In Trust, is payable within five (5) days of acceptance ?
