CIA is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder.
Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction.
Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against CIA or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
CIA will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
CIA reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Items not removed within the removal dates may be subject to a $15/day storage fee unless prior arrangements are made. Items not removed within 30 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the auctioneers discretion. Buyer is responsible for the complete removal of any lot purchased. All purchases need to be removed within the pickup window unless prior arrangements are made. Any Items left after the pickup window will be removed by auctioneer at buyers expense.

This includes but is not limited to-bids placed by your children playing on your phone, your cat running across your keyboard/mouse, being in the hospital and loopy off the medication while bidding, or any other reason. **
