This machine is being offered loaded on truck and disconnected and decommissioned by the MFG at limited cost to the seller.
Any additional cost incurred beyond the loading and basic services provided by the MFG are the responsibility of the buyer..
The loading does not include any additional charges such as electrical disconnect, disassemble, match marking ,loading into a
container, exporting skidding and or labor to skip pack etc.,
Electrical disconnect and match marking and any other chargers are the responsibility of the buyer.
The removal and loading and timing of the decommissioning and the loading is arranged by the seller and are subject to change by the seller.
The expexted loading date to be aprox the end of March 2022 and to be subject to chnge by the seller.
The buyer to have trucks available to load at the time and date designated by the seller.
In the event the buyers trucks do not show up at the designated times designated by the seller and there are additional charges for loading or delays, the buyer to pay any additional costs incurred to the seller or to any riggers, contractors, trucking companies or storage facilities incurring the additional costs.
In the event trucks do not show up at the designated times and the seller must remove or truck the machine or part of the machine to storage, the buyer to pay all additional handling charges and costs such as trucking loading and reloading and storage and any other costs incurred by the delay.
The buyer to pay all trucking charges from the Thomasville facility or any storage facilities desiganted by the seller..
This machine is being sold as is and the buyer is encouraged to inspect the machine before bidding
