Short Notice Sale.  No Reserves.  Inspection Date Monday December 4, 2023 8am - 4pm, or by appointment.  All items must be paid for in full by Friday December 8, 2023 and removed by end of day December 15, 2023.  

All equipment sold as is, where is with all faults, no warranty expressed or implied.  Inspection of the equipment is the buyers responsibility.  No forklift or assistance onsite for loading.  Buyer is responsible for removal expenses.

Condiciones

All Bidders of this sale agree that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this auction sale.  To receive a full copy of the terms and conditions please email sales@universalpress.com.  

Invoices will be sent to buyer on Wednesday December 6, 2023.  Removal will begin on Thursday December 7, 2023.  

Acceptable payments are wire transfer, ACH transfer, cash or cashier’s check.  No credit cards accepted.  All PAYMENTS are in US Dollars.  A Buyers Premium of 18% will be charged at this sale.  A 6% sales tax will be charged for the total purchase price of and item including the Buyer’s Premium.  If the Buyer claims exemption from the sales tax they must supply a sales exempt form prior to receiving an invoice.  All items must be paid for in full prior removal and/or by Friday December 8, 2023.

Inspection of this equipment by buyers is highly encourage.  UPM makes every attempt to list accurate information when it is available to us.  The Auctioneer reserves the right to group and sub-divide lots and also reserves the right to remove any items from the sale at anytime without prior notice.  Auctioneer makes no warranties as to descriptions or usefulness of the items. The Buyer accepts all faults and all items are bought “as is, where is” and with all faults, without warranties. 

Any disputes between purchasers will be decided by the Auctioneer whose decision will be final.  No claims will be allowed after the removal of said items from the auction site. 

Removal: on or before 3pm on Friday December 15, 2023.  No items will be removed the day of the auction sale, removal to begin on Thursday December 7, 2023.   Removal schedule by appointment only.  This location no longer has staff onsite.  There is no forklift onsite to assist buyers removing equipment.  Buyer is responsible for all removal costs.  If using motorized equipment to remove items, riggers or buyers must have proper insurance on file with the Auctioneer prior to removal or entry into the building.  UPM, LLC and Kendor Steel Rule Die, Inc must be named on the policy as co-insurer.  All areas where a machine is removed must be left clean and orderly. 
 
ABANDONMENT: Items remaining onsite after Friday December 22, 2023, end of business day will be considered abandoned unless arrangements have been made with auctioneer.  The Buyer shall be liable for all expenses for the removal of abandoned items.  Any funds will be retained by the auctioneer as liquidated damages without notice being given. 

 

REMOVAL INFORMATION (WITH PAID IN FULL INVOICE)

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm, EST.  Starting Thursday December 7, 2023.  All items must be removed by Friday December 15, 2023.  

Buyers are responsible for all removal costs including disposing of fluids or oils in the machines they purchase and electrical disconnet of the equipment if necessary.  Insurance must be provided by a bidder or rigger prior to any work comensing in the facility.
