1. Payment Terms – Only
Credit Cards (Master-Card and
Visa) will be accepted.
Customers will be charged a 3%
credit-card convenience fee.
At the conclusion of the
auction, winning bidders will
receive an emailed invoice of
all wining bids and bidder’s
credit card will be
AUTOMATICALLY charged the full
invoice amount within 72 hours
of the sale completion date.
If any dispute arises please
call Schneider Industries at
314-863-7711. Auction will be
conducted online only. Auction
bidding opens on Friday
June 7th at 8:00am CST
and ALL auction bidding closes
Tuesday June 18th at
1:00pm CST

2. Pick up of Items-
Items must be removed from the
St. Louis premises A-B
Building 207 at Corner of 3rd
and Lynch (Old Engineering
Building) within the removal
time announced at the sale.
St. Louis Removal timeframe
will be
June 24, 25, 25__ (Monday –Wednesday) from
10:00am – 6:00pm CST. Contact Steve Snopek for pick up related questions at stevesnopek@charter.net or 636-634-1225, unless
otherwise announced at
auction. Seller will provide
moving company personnel to
move all sold items on behalf
of buyers to the loading dock
or to curb-side. Buyers will
be loaded out on a first come,
first serve basis. Any sold
items remaining on auction
site premises after conclusion
of announced removal period
anr deemed abandoned and will
revert ownership back to
seller. Items with Paid
invoices can be picked up from
the facility within announced
removal times only. Buyer’s or
buyer agent must have a copy
of the invoice (as emailed by
Schneider industries) to
remove sold items. At time of
pick up, buyer must be present
at pick-up site to sign Bill
of Sale document that is shown
at the bottom of these terms.

3. Inspection of Items -
Items can only be inspected in
person at the seller’s
location, prior to conclusion
of auction, on
June 17th from
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Location:
St. Louis Items are located at
A-B Building 207 at Corner of
3rd and Lynch (Old Engineering
Building).




4. All Sales Final – All
Sales are final. No returns
are accepted.

5. Non- Payment By Buyer
- In the event the purchaser
fails to pay the whole of the
purchase within the time set
forth by the auctioneers
and/or fails to comply with
any of the conditions or terms
of sale, the seller may retain
and/or recover the deposit
specified as liquidated
damages and, in addition
thereto, items that are not
paid for can be resold at
public or private sale without
further notice. Any
deficiency resulting from such
resale shall be paid to the
auctioneers by the defaulting
purchaser together with all
charges, fees, and expenses
incurred by such resale and
enforcement of the obligation
hereunder.

6. Non- Delivery of Items
- Auctioneers shall have no
liability to the purchaser due
to non-delivery of any item
for any other reason than to
return to the purchaser the
monies deposited for non-
delivered items.

7. Addition or Deletion
of Lots - The auctioneer
reserves the right to group
one or more lots into one or
more selling lots, or to add
to or delete lots at his sole
discretion. The auctioneer
reserves the right to reject
any bid which is only a
fractional advance over the
preceding bid. The auctioneer
or the owner may bid for one
or more lots, either in their
own names or through a
representative or an agent to
protect their interest.

8. Auctioneer as Agent -
The auctioneer, when acting as
agent only, is not responsible
for acts of its principals
including reserves.

9. Bill of Sale Agreement
– All successful bidders will
be required to sign a Bill of
Sale with the Seller,
Anheuser-Busch. By agreeing to
participate in the Auction,
bidders agree to sign and
complete the below Bill of
Sale at the conclusion of the
Auction:

BILL OF SALE

IN CONSIDERATION OF
the receipt of the sum in hand
paid, and for other good and
valuable consideration,
Anheuser-Busch, Incorporated
("Seller") does hereby sell,
assign, transfer and convey
absolutely to ("Buyer"), all
right, title and interest in
and to the Attachment A
attached hereto, and other
appurtenant rights relating
thereto.
Such payment, shall be in the
form of a check made payable
to Schneider Industries, Inc.
or paid by credit card. The
price for the Used Furniture
does not include brokers` fees
or federal, state or local
sales, use, excise or similar
taxes or assessments
applicable to the sale of such
Used Furniture. Any such fees
and taxes shall be paid by
Buyer. Upon closing of the
sale contemplated hereby, AB
shall deliver to Buyer a bill
of sale in the form set forth
herein.
The Attachment A is sold "As
Is", "Where Is" with all
faults and defects, EXCEPT AS
OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE
LAST SENTENCE OF THIS BILL OF
SALE, SELLER EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL
WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE
Attachment A, INCLUDES BUT NOT
LIMITED TO SUITABILITY,
DURABILITY, FITNESS FOR USE
AND MERCHANTABILITY OF ANY OF
THE Attachment A, FOR THE
PURPOSES AND USES OF BUYER OR
OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT, SHALL
SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT,
PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Seller
is the lawful owner of the
Attachment A and title to the
Attachment A is transferred to
Buyer free and clear of all
liens and encumbrances.

Removal of Used Equipment.
Buyer shall remove the Used
Equipment from AB’s facility
or warehouse at a mutually
agreeable time. Buyer shall be
responsible for all
transportation and shipping
costs unless otherwise stated
by addendum to this agreement.

Governing Law. This Agreement
is made in the State of
Missouri and shall be governed
by the substantive provisions
of Missouri law. The parties
agree that any legal action or
proceeding with respect to
this Agreement shall be
brought in the United States
District Court for the Eastern
District of Missouri or, if
such court does not have
jurisdiction, in any court of
general jurisdiction in St.
Louis County, Missouri. Buyer
consents to the personal
jurisdiction of such courts,
agrees to accept service of
process by certified or
registered mail and hereby
waives any jurisdictional or
venue defenses otherwise
available to it.
