All equipment must be removed on January 21st. Any equipment still at the facility after January 21st will be considered abandoned and scrapped.
A loading fee of $1,150.00 will be added to the winning bidder's invoice. This loading fee is non-negotiable and covers loading of the machine onto buyer arranged truck. Containers can not and will not be loaded on site.

- Payment is required 48 hours after receipt of the invoice via wire transfer or cashier's check.
- The Auctioneer and his principals make no representations nor give any warranty expressed or implied. All assets sold "AS-IS WHERE-IS"
- Buyers shall be deemed to have relied entirely upon their own inspections.
- Buyers to pay for all associated loading, removal, transport, and any taxes or VAT
- All equipment must be removed on January 21st. Any equipment still at the facility after January 21st will be considered abandoned and scrapped.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell subject to a reserve and to purchase for its own account and/or for the account of others, whether verbal or written proxy, all subject to prior sale.
- No person or persons shall retract their bid after it has been made.
- If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide, or put the lot up for sale again at once and resell to the highest bidder.
- No assets shall be removed unless paid for in full. The purchaser shall be responsible for all costs of removal and shall be liable for any damage, including without limitation, any environmental damage caused during or as a result of the removal. Purchasers shall comply with all environmental laws and regulations and all requirements established by the auctioneer for the removal of articles, including requirements as to bonding of movers.
- The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from the sale any of the property listed or to sell at this sale property not listed.
- No assets shall be removed from the premises until the completion of the sale.
- The auctioneer is acting as an agent only and is not responsible for the acts of his principals.
- All sales are final.
