Sale Terms and Important Information

Auction Date & Time: Lots start closing on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 1:30 PM EST.

Bulk & Piecemeal Bidding: This auction will include bothbulk bid lots and piecemeal lots. Bulk bid lots will be offered at the conclusion of the piecemeal bidding. All high bids on both bulk and piecemeal lots will be held pending seller review. The seller reserves the right to accept the bulk bid in its entirety, the individual piecemeal bids, or any combination thereof that best serves the seller’s interest.

Inspection: Preview day will take place on Friday, August 14, 2026, 8 AM - 4 PM- by appointment only

Removal: Removal will begin the Monday following the close of the auction. Small items that can be carried out should be removed no later than Friday, September 11, 2026.  All items must be removed by Friday, September 18, 2026, unless discussed and approved through LRG.

Rigging: If you plan on doing your own rigging (operating any electrical equipment onsite), we will require (2) Copies of Certificate of Insurance. (1) Listing Location as Certificate Holder and (1) Listing Auctioneer as Certificate Holder. Must Have General Liability Minimums Of $1 Million Per Occurrence And $2 Million Aggregate. The COIs MUST be approved before you start any work on-site.

Shipping: Shipping and transportation are the buyer's responsibility. 

Buyer’s Premium: A 20% buyer's premium will be added to all items sold. 

Payments: Payments cannot be collected on site. Payments are to be made within 48 hours of the auction's close. All successful bidders will receive their invoices via email from LRG after the auction is closed. Successful bidders can pay by credit card (transactions up to a maximum of $500, Mastercard & Visa ONLY, 4% convenience fee applied), check (certified preferred or personal with bank letter), ACH, or wire transfer. International bidders must pay by ACH or Wire Transfer. We do not automatically process credit card payments or use the credit card information you registered with. Please call to provide your credit card information. Payments not received will be canceled and reported for nonpayment.

Taxes: All successful bidders will be responsible for sales taxes which will be added to your invoice unless an exemption certificate is supplied prior to invoicing.

Refunds: Once an item has been removed from the auction site, no refunds or adjustments will be made. All refunds and adjustments are solely at the discretion of the auction company.

Registration: Bidders who do not have an established bidding history must contact Amanda at (248) 494-6914  prior to bidding to complete the bidder approval process. As part of this process, bidders will be required to verify their identity, including their physical address and telephone number. LRG may, in its sole discretion, require a refundable bidder deposit of $500.00 as a condition of approval to participate in the auction. Any required deposit must be received and approved by LRG prior to the bidder being authorized to place bids. LRG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any bidder registration, require additional documentation or verification, and suspend, revoke, or cancel bidding privileges if the requested information or deposit is not provided or cannot be satisfactorily verified.

All purchases are required to have a Buyer number.  The buyer number will be valid for this Auction only and may be received in the Auction office.  The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed or to sell at this Auction items listed and reserves the right to group one or more lots, or to subdivide them into two or more lots.  Whenever the best interest of the seller will be served, the Auctioneer reserves the right to sell all the items listed in bulk. 

At this auction and for every auction Levy Recovery Group, LLC conducts, we consider a sale as the following: "When the auctioneer asks for a bid, we consider that an offer, and when the attendee raises his or her paddle, or bids in any manner he or she sees fit, we consider that an acceptance." In other words that action constitutes a sale, which you as the attendee accept, without prejudice.

If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer may decide the sale or may immediately put the lot up for sale again and resell to the highest bidder.  The decision of the Auctioneer will be absolute.  When items are to be sold by estimated count, measure, or weight, the purchaser will be billed for and required to pay for the estimated count, measure, or weight.  If any shortage exists at the time of removal, the Buyer will receive a refund at the rate of purchase.  If there is an excess, the purchaser will be required to accept and pay for this excess at the rate of purchase.  The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  On lots that have a reserve, the Auctioneer shall have the right to bid on behalf of the Seller.

 The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect in any lot and makes no warranties, expressed or implied.  No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness or errors in cataloging or any imperfections not noted.  No deductions will be allowed on damaged articles, as all goods are being sold “AS IS”, no warranty, expressed or implied.  A deposit of at least 25% of the entire purchase price is required at the time of purchase.  This deposit may be left at the time of registration for the ease and comfort of the Buyer.  Any deposit left, for which the Buyer made no purchase, will be promptly returned.  This is a deposit only, and full payment must be made at the end of the Auction.

Everything will be sold to the highest bidders for cash, in accordance with the auctioneer's normal Terms of Sale.  You can also request a copy of our terms and conditions of sale by email to Accounting@levyrecovery.com. Your bid is a contract: Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the high bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract with Levy Recovery Group (LRG).  Bids are in US dollars. A 20% buyer's Premium will be added to all items sold.  LRG makes every attempt to accurately describe all items at the auction sale, there are always possibilities of errors occurring that are out of LRG's control. It is important to know this fact if you plan on placing a Proxy Bid or if you plan on bidding over the WEB.

Please inspect before you bid and remember, everything is sold AS IS, with absolutely no warranty or guarantee of any kind, either written or implied. Occasionally, we may have additional information regarding an item being auctioned, which will be announced during the auction process.

RESERVE: THIS AUCTION IS BEING CONDUCTED WITH RESERVE. THE AUCTIONEER RESERVES THE RIGHT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO BID ON ANY AND ALL LOTS, IN SUCCESSION, BID AFTER BID, LOT AFTER LOT, AND IN BULK.

Michigan Law Governs; Jurisdiction and Venue:  This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, applicable Michigan Law, without reference to the conflicts of laws principle. Any litigation between the parties arising out of this agreement shall take place in the applicable state district or circuit court located in Oakland County, Michigan, which state court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over this Agreement, and the parties expressly consent to such Michigan state courts’ jurisdiction and venue and waive any objection thereto.
