 Auction Terms & Conditions All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE IS" in their CURRENT CONDITION WITHOUT GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND WITH ANY AND ALL FAULTS. All item descriptions are based upon visual inspection only. All measurements are approximate and are used for general descriptive purposes only. Bidder's are solely responsible for determining the condition and authenticity of items. Physical inspection of items is highly encouraged, since they are used and not new. Any statements, or lack thereof, made in regards to accuracy of descriptions, typographical errors, condition, size, authenticity, age, quality, or otherwise, are all for catalog information only and do not represent warranties, guarantees, or representations, of any kind. Again, physical inspection is highly encouraged by all bidders. NOTE: By placing a bid online, the bidder has signified that they have examined the items to their complete satisfaction and/or they have chosen not to physically examine the items and waive any and all rights regarding the aforementioned pertaining to each item/lot. NO GUARANTEE IS MADE ON CONDITION. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED OR REFUNDS GRANTED. 

 

The payment terms for the auction are cash, certified check, wire transfer. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted for invoices less than $2000.00. If your invoice total is higher than $2000.00 then certified funds or wire transfer may be required.  The buyers premium for this auction is 18%.  All invoices not paid by March 16 2021 @ 4:00 pm will result in yur credit card on file being charged for the entire amount or a partial amount that will be considered a deposit. When registering for for an absentee/online bid a credit card will be required. Once the credit card information has been provided, Pa Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge any and all winning total(s) to the credit card on file if the registered bidder is a successful high bidder. The winning total will consist of the hammer price(s) of the lot(s) successfully won, plus any applicable buyer's premium, handling charges, and tax. If shipping is required, any material, insurance, postage and handling fees, will be applied to the same transaction and credit card or at a later date as a second charge. Pa Auction Center has the right to change payment terms at their discretion. As required by Pennsylvania law, 6% (six-percent) sales tax will be charged unless you have a PA State Sales Tax Number on file with Pa Auction Center. The applicable buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot.

PA Auction Center will send out invoices/receipts the first business day following the auction. (Be sure to check your spam folder) IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE BY MARCH 16 THE NON-PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN ITEM(S) BEING FORFEITED, ALONG WITH ANY DEPOSIT BY BIDDER AND EITHER RETURNED TO CONSIGNOR OR RE-SOLD

PreAuthorisations:

For bidding approval, at its discretion, PA Auction Center may:

  • Contact Bidders via email or telephone before or during the sale to provide a deposit.
  • Require a PreAuthorisation charge on the credit card which will be refunded after the auction is over.
  • Require a deposit up to $10,000.00 USD (refundable without purchase) for lack of sufficient Bidspotter history e.g. first time Bidspotter registrant, and or negative bidding history.

Bidder will be notified if it is determined a deposit must be made.
