Terms and Conditions
All equipment is sold as is, where is on location unless otherwise stated. Equipment descriptions are intended as a guide. We recommend buyer to inspect the equipment to verify specifications and condition.
CONDITIONS: There are no warranties which extend beyond the description in quotation. Quotation is subject to change without notice.. All specs and information are subject to buyers inspection. Propane bottles are not included with the sale of any propane machines.
Inspection: These machines are open for inspection Monday and Tuesday prior to the auction by appointment only. We are located next to the Philadelphia Airport. Please call us to set up an appointment for inspection 484-494-6846. You are responsible for inspecting items before bidding.
Loading: Most machinery will be loaded for FREE on open trailer. We can load into overseas containers, flat rack, shrink wrap, or build custom skids for overseas shipping for an additional fees. Please call for a quote. Box truck loading may be additional fees. Setup of shipping is required by the buyer. All items must be removed within 14 days of the close of the auction. We can store machinery for longer but storages fees will apply.
Bidding Registration: Credit Card Required for Registration
Credit / Debit Card Deposits: This auction requires a refundable credit or debit card deposit at the discrestion of the auctioneer. Your credit / debit card added through the Bidspotter.com fully secure and PCI compliant registration process may be assessed a $100.00 deposit in order to be approved to bid within the auction. You may not be approved without your credit card entered at the stage of registration being assessed a refundable deposit of $100.00.
An 18% Buyers Premium will be charged to all buyers after bidding closes. All accounts must be paid in full by wire transfer, certified funds, or cash. An invoice will follow at the conclusion of the event.
All titled items will be assessed an additonal $35 Title fee on the invoice. Please be aware that any item with a title may have a title delay.
PAYMENT & REMOVAL: WINNING BIDDERS HAVE UP TO 7 DAYS TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT & 14 DAYS TO REMOVEL ALL ITEMS PURCHASED. IF WINNING BIDDERS NEED MORE TIME TO REMOVE ITEMS PLEASE CONTACT BID EQUIP LLC AND MAKE ARRANGMENTS. Please note that any invoices that are not paid within 14 days of the auction will have their credit cards charged for items and for storage of items. You may not dispute these charges with your credit card company as you are agreeing to these terms when signing up for our auction.
Buyer is responsible to bring all machinery to O.S.H.A. standards
EQUIPMENT SAFETY for all items purchased from Equipseller: It is buyers responsibility to provide proper safety devices and equipment to safeguard persons from harm resulting from any particular use, operation or set-up and to adequately safeguard the equipment to conform to all Federal, State and Local Government safety standards and all industrial standards.
INDEMNIFICATION: Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless seller and salespersons from any and all claims or liabilities caused by or arising from the equipment on this quotation.
Payment Terms and Conditions:
Sales Tax: 6% sales tax will be charged to each auction winners bill unless a PA Tax Exempt Form is provided upon payment.
Method of Payment for Domestic buyers: Cash, wire transfer, or certified check. No purchases will released without payment as described above.
All sales are final. Any outstanding balance must be paid within seven (7) days of the completion of auction.
In the event the purchaser fails to pay the whole of the purchase within the time set forth by the auctioneers and/or fails to comply with any of the conditions or terms of sale, the seller may retain and/or recover the deposit specified as liquidated damages and, in addition thereto, items that are not paid for can be resold at public or private sale without further notice. Any deficiency resulting from such resale shall be paid to the auctioneers by the defaulting purchaser together with all charges, fees, and expenses incurred by such resale and enforcement of the obligation hereunder.
Chargebacks: As a conidtion to registration and bidding, Buyer agrees that Buyer will not, under any circumstance, initiate a chargeback to Buyer's credit card. Buyer further agrees that Buyer is waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between Buyer and Buyer's credit card company. Should a chargeback be initiated by Buyer, these terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of Buyer's waiver of any chargeback rights.
The Bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by him immediately following his winning bid at the auction. Therefore, he is advised to further guard and insure his items at his own discretion.
Bid Equip LLC reserves the right to refuse sale of any lot at our own discretion.
If equipment is not removed within specified removal time, purchaser shall be liable for any moving and storage costs incurred and, if not so removed, the items shall be deemed abandoned. All items must be removed within 14 days of the auction. Storage fees will accrue after 14 days and will be charged to the credit card on file.
All bids subject to seller's confirmation.
