Unless otherwise indicated, buyers are responsible for all aspects of lot removal.  We do not disconnect, palletize, package, ship or otherwise arrange for item removal.

Important Information

Lots begin closing October 30th @ 10:00AM Central Time

Inspection: October 28 & 29th, 8am-4pm

Checkout: November 7th thru November 29th.  You must make an appointment to pickup your items by calling Shane at 209-334-6638.

Invoices must be paid via either wire transfer or (overnighted) cashiers' check.  We do not accept company checks, cash or credit/debit cards.

There will be a $50 loading fee per lot (except where notated in the lot description) which will be added to your invoice.  Please pay attention to the "Note" section on your invoice.

 *All descriptions are believed to be correct, but no guarantees or warranties are made by auctioneer as to nomenclature or age. Everything sold on an "as is" basis.

 *Please remember that a bid is a verbal contract; once you become the successful bidder, you must pay for your items.  If you find that the riggers you contact are charging you high fees, or your customer backs out, that doesn’t mean that you can abandon your items.  Once you win, you are responsible for paying.  For any lots that are won and abandoned, we will attempt to resell.  The buyer who abandoned the lot will be responsible for any shortfall between the price at which they won the lot, and the amount for which it is resold.

 *Bidding is online only; there will be no onsite bidding.

***FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE VIA EITHER WIRE TRANSFER (preferred) or CASHIER’S CHECK (OVERNIGHTED TO OUR OFFICE AND PAYABLE TO Tauber-Arons, Inc. -- 13848 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks, CA 91423)***  PAYMENT MUST BE MADE, OR WIRE INITIATED, BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS THE DAY AFTER THE SALE.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT/CHARGE CREDIT CARDS.

SALES TAX

ALL SALES WILL BE SUBJECT TO LOCAL SALES TAX

***IMPORTANT***In ALL cases, without exception, if you cannot furnish us with the required tax exemption proof BEFORE payment is made, then you MUST pay the tax.  If you can furnish us with the required documentation after payment is made, but within 21 days of the sale, a refund will be promptly issued.  There are NO exceptions to this.  If you make a wire transfer to us, or obtain a cashiers’ check, without including the tax and before giving us the required documents, you will not be allowed to remove any equipment until the situation is corrected.  Sales tax will be remitted about 21 days after the auction date.  If you do not get us the completed tax exemption form within 21 days, steps will not be taken to retrieve your sales tax for you.

 

***If we have any doubts as to the veracity of tax exemption claims, we reserve the right to refuse tax exemption status.***

 

LOT REMOVAL

CFM Will Be Loading All Equipment Onto Your Trucks at a $50 Per Lot Loading Charge (Except where notated on specific lots). The Charge Will Be Added To Your Invoice.  

*From October 31st thru November 6th, there will be NO PICKUP.  Items will be organized in this time per bidder.

*Items are available for pick-up from November 7th thru November 29th.  

*ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY NOVEMBER 29TH WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED.  NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ON ABANDONED LOTS, AND OWNERSHIP WILL REVERT BACK TO CFM WORLDWIDE.

*Upon receipt of payment, you will receive, via email, a paid invoice.  At that time, please contact CFM at 209-334-6638 to arrange/schedule pickup.  All loads MUST be scheduled for pickup in this manner.  If a truck shows up without an appointment, or outside of its scheduled time, it will be turned away.

 

Other than loading, the buyers are responsible for removal.  We do not ship.

 Additionally, if you are moving items out of the country, please understand that we do not act as customs brokers.  You will have to facilitate any and all paperwork involved with removing your items across borders.
